Satoru is a global Discord bot under active development, currently supporting three fully functional systems: Auto Thread Creation, Auto Emoji Reactions, and User & Message Reporting.

Satoru supports translation into up to 25 languages. The /help command is fully translated, and translation of all other commands is currently in progress.

Auto Thread Creation

This system automatically creates a public thread for every message sent in a specified channel — whether it's from a user or a bot (this can be disabled). It's not designed for high-traffic or general chat channels where users can send multiple messages rapidly.

Instead, it's intended for structured, purpose-specific channels — for example, an art-work channel where users share their designs or artwork, and regular text messages are restricted. In such cases, members can leave feedback or start a discussion by replying in the thread attached to a post.

This feature also supports bot messages, making it useful for channels that display automated feeds like YouTube uploads, Patreon posts, or Tweets. Members can use the thread to comment on these updates directly.

The thread name message sent by the bot can be customized. Anti-spam protection is included by default.

Auto Emoji Reactions

Automatically adds emoji reactions to every message in a selected channel. Works with both user and bot messages (can be disabled for bots). Includes built-in anti-spam protection.

The Thread and Emoji systems are designed to work seamlessly together. You can use both features simultaneously in a single channel.

User & Message Reporting

Allows users to report other members or specific messages to server administrators.

  • To report a message: Right-click their message > Apps > Report Message.
  • To report a user: Right-click their username > Apps > Report User.
  • Or use /report "user, message" to submit a direct report.

The system includes abuse protection to prevent report spam.

The /report command can be disabled.
Modal form questions are fully customizable.
Spam settings can be adjusted or completely turned off.
